The run-up to the year end is the ideal time to take stock and define strategic goals for the year to come. 2007 has been a fruitful year for W4, with key events that demonstrated yet again our determination to continue our growth, to expand internationally, and to offer our clients and partners the best product and the best quality of service. Thus we opened an office in Madrid, and forged new alliances (for instance with TIS in Croatia, Document Project Services, and the Group 3S Informatique) that bring us closer to our clients. We also helped many businesses (including BPN Paribas in Luxembourg, the Ministry of Public Administration, Spain, Structis from the Bouygues Construction Group, Capital Bank in Nigeria and Egyptian Liquefied Natural Gas) to deliver innovation in their process-management projects.

Integrating W4 BPM Suite with the Information System |
In assessing the past year, the manager reviews turnover statistics, the performance of individual departments and the extent to which the business and its staff have met their overall objectives. These help him identify the successes and the less-than-successes - and the reasons for them, so he can identify actions on which to focus in the year to come.

This article looks at how it interacts with applications. Since 2006, W4 has offered two separate but complementary modules as part of its BPM suite.

W4 Control Center is changing: take a tour around! |
The first thing to note is that the graphical interface has altered: the graphics are clearer, and you can now hide the icons for full screen, filter and file export, leaving more room for results in the scorecards.
Navigation is different, with the tree showing reports and scorecards available directly at the global interface now shown on the left, again with the “hide” option.
