Within the scope of its " Synergie ", project, axYus developed and finalized an application for collaborative publishing in real time:

• Marketing books by the different designers.
• Marketing clips and films.
• Editorial content about the company, for all the designers as well as for each line of perfume.

These diverse procedures brought a large number of business experts and department divisions into contact including:

This project is the front-end of another JD EDWARDS ERP application running on an AS 400 database.

COFRAC is a French accreditation council.

COFRAC's information system rebuilding project depended on two components:

Managing a nomenclature reference base with the following objectives:

• To develop a structured reference base accessible to all COFRAC departments allowing the definition of nomenclatures with respect to periods of accreditation.
• To define given models of accreditation based upon the elements of this structured reference base. A given model allows for coherent sets to be grouped together according to competence levels for which the COFRAC may accord accreditation.
• To associate Auditors/Experts with competence levels defined by the initial structured reference base.

Managing accreditation processes with the following objectives:

• To standardize the acreditation process across all COFRAC departments, while still respecting points specific to each department.
• To optimize the management of accreditation cases.
• To place the keystones for dematerializing case files.
