Faced with the huge number of contract files issued each year
(4,000 files handled by 200 people), SNCF decided to automate
its process for managing contracts and invoices in the maintenance
of its buildings and property.

The EVEN-AIR building and property invoice management application was created to handle all stages in the SNCF contracting and invoice management process: retrieving contracts already entered and validated.
