Faced with the huge number of contract files issued each year (4,000 files handled by 200 people), SNCF decided to automate its process for managing contracts and invoices in the maintenance of its buildings and property.

The Solution
The EVEN-AIR building and property invoice management application was created to handle all stages in the SNCF contracting and invoice management process: retrieving contracts already entered and validated. 200 people are involved in the process and the EVEN-AIR system handles over 1,500 contracts per year and over 3,000 invoices.
