Laurent Hénault, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
Laurent joined the Company in February 2005 as President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to W4, Laurent served as Vice President Business Intelligence Sales of Hyperion Solutions. Previously, he held management positions with Brio Software, Sqribe Technologies and Oracle. Laurent holds a degree from the Technological University of Compiègne (UTC).

Jean-Luc Saouli, Technical Director and Member of the Executive Board
After several years spent in service companies, Jean-Luc founded LYRIA, editor of Leonardi, "IHM Model-Driven Framework ". The company was repurchased by W4 in March 2008, at which date Jean-Luc became the Technical Director of W4 group. He holds a DEA Dimploma from the University of Orsay.

Valérie Béziade, VP Customer Satisfation, Co-founder
Prior to co-founding W4, Valérie is a workflow specialist. She worked several years Bull and Wang workflow Skill Center. She holds a degree in software engineering from the Sciences and Industry Faculty in Nancy, France. She has also gained professional training in business administration and financial management.

Christophe Blanchard, Chief Financial Officer
Prior to W4, Christophe was Financial Officer of ActeBis France, a French subsidiary of the first worldwide wholesaler of computer equipment, Ottoverzand. Before, he was Chief Administrative and Financial Officer of Tekelec Airtronic, a French distributor of electronic components. Christophe graduated from the French Business School EDC and has a Master's Degree from ESCP Senior.

Fabrice Muller, Research and Development Director
Fabrice came to W4 in 2001 where he respectively played an integral role in the support, services and the W4 R&D teams. Fabrice was named Research and Development Dierctor of W4 in 2003 and has produced nearly 3 major versions of W4 BPM Suite. With an education in Science and Engineering, Fabrice is author of a thesis about collaboration tools that was the focus of his studies at CNRS of Lorraine, and he taught BPM at the University of Nancy.

Raphaël Syren, VP Marketing
Raphaël joined the company early 2003 as the Telecom and Services Market Manager. Raphaël brings to W4 more than 10 years in marketing and sales coming from various positions he held at CapGemini, Deutsche Telekom or IDG Communications. Raphaël holds a Master's Degree in Computing Science and a Sales Engineer diploma.
