W4, a software company for creating custom business management applications, is boosting its business strategy by opening up leasing agreements for BUSINESS FIRST. This initiative is a first in the world of BPM, traditionally structured around license sales contracts. With this innovation, W4 wishes to democratize access to BPM solutions allowing its customers smoother budget implementation and flexibility for their business projects.

With a 36 month leasing plan, customers are entitled to the same functional benefits and the same services as the purchase of licenses: user rights, support service and training. The difference is a significant cost reduction more flexible for an operating budget rather than fixed investment costs.

The new type of leasing agreement made directly between the customer and the software company is particularly profitable on account of the simplicity of its structure allowing quick implementation.

Laurent Henault, W4 CEO confirms "After three years of crisis, it has become harder to draw more lines of credit. In this context, the payment in the form of royalties is a strong market demand. So we decided to innovate by offering a lease for 36 months. This contract is an initiative compared to the industry BPM solutions, and Rapid Application Development RAD."

    Significant customer benefits include:
  • Reduced costs tailored for an operating budget.
  • Extension of expenditures.
  • Scalable contracts for support needs.
