By accessing this website, the User accepts without limitation or qualification the Terms and Conditions.

The User of this website acknowledges having the skills and means necessary to access, navigate and use the website.

The User acknowledges having checked that his/her computer does not contain any viruses and that it is in good working condition.

The website is for informational use. The contents of the website are provided "as is". W4 cannot guarantee their accuracy. W4 will do all in its power to present available and verified information and/or tools, but will not be held responsible for errors, the unavailability of information and/or the presence of viruses on its site.

Consequently, the User accepts that the use of the contents takes place freely and consciously under his/her own responsibility.

The User acknowledges having been informed that the website is accessible 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, except in the event of force majeure, computer problems, telecommunications network infrastructure problems, or technical difficulties. For maintenance reasons, W4 is entitled to stop the website without informing the User beforehand.

In the event of conflict, the French version of the Terms and Conditions will be the only version governing the legal interactions between the User and W4. The translation of the general Conditions is given as an indication.
